Truly Madly Deeply

abnormal lifestyle is back... the day has been so dizzy, YET, amazingly FANTASTIC!~

This is the day where almost everyone get back to their hometown. Ish, stupid zhiling's the earliest to get tickets, but ending up to be the only one left behind... grrrr... 6pm bus tml. traffic peak hour, so i will have to go there by 4. ISHHH, just realising that i cant really do anything AT NIGHT. tml's journey will be a suffering one, i suppose. sigh sigh

yesterday night has been so free that i browse through lots of linked websites from lecturers' blog, and DISCOVERED lots of amazing stuffs! ahhh... good one, cells have been activated, got back my inspirations and energy, STUDY MOOD IS BACK! weeeee! dats great~ see, i have said ,my holiday mood won last long~ =P Im being soooooo deeply inspired that i have decided to hunt for some good handcraft materials today~

Have been suffering hard to fall asleep by around 5am , and have to wake up by 8am due to the appointment with ELEEN~ Yea, i have decided to keep her company to Pudu and do some shopping there.

Weeeee, it's so great to be with her again. Let's flash back abit. Eleen has been my so-called- GOD SISTER since secondary school. Again, she's a LIBRA... [not to sound superstitious, but, horoscope 's so amazingly accurate in some sense!] We both came from prefect board, same school, same scholarships in same course [2007 for her, and 2008 for me], and finally, same college! Whao. That's called FATE! The starting of the day have been so great with her around! So happy that we can again share alot. Weird uh, we can hardly interfere each others life in the middle of the semester, ONLY within either the first or last few weeks... hmm, another TOA culture? well, eleen, so great being with u!~ ahhh....so fast that i've started to miss u d...~ =P

Bid farewell with eleen, i left the bus station and walked down into the PETALING STREET.[a.k.a qi chiong gai] the time is still young, but glad that lots of shops are opened. Ahh, im not interested with the pirated stuffs... I knew that there are lots of textile shops along the street. So, I look through every shops and compare the price and quality. WEEE.... it's soo great that i got what i want..!

wanted to try out some contemporary designs, so i got myself a few printed fabrics and a few with different textures. Sum up, 8 pieces of fabrics and 2 pieces of leather from...ahh, what to call, some kind of shops that sell shoes' spare parts. whooo...i love the POLKA DOTS and the FLOWER ones. hmm, prices are quite reasonable. I got 6 pieces of half-meter fabrics for 15 bucks, leathers for 11 bucks. polka dots for 6 bucks, and flower-printed for 6 bucks as well. whooo~ worth it!

Through asking, im being greatly guided to a few shops that i discover alot more from the street! HEY GUYS, the street's not only the HEAVEN of pirateds, but THE HEAVEN FOR ARTS AND DESIGNS!There's an art shop in the street. Wanted to get the TRANSPARENT SPIRIT that i've been longing for such a long time, but the price is way tooooooo expensive. 38 bucks per bottle... ahhh... T.T too bad...


im being firstly guided to the handcraft shops, and im SO happy to get myself some short ZIPS [30sens each], cheap simple buttons [1 buck per packet], and LACE [wuhuuu....i've been hunting for a nice lace for such a long time!!! 2.50 bucks per meter].





then, im being nicely guided to a BUTTON SHOP at Sultan street that sells ALL KINDS of buttons!! ahhhh, eyeballs almost fall out of it's socket, and i almost got heart attack.The shop has been sooo AWESOME...! The price is kind of reasonable as the buttons are all UNIQUE and nice!

im happy to get the SUPER BIG wooden button! 3.80 bucks each,hmm, kind of expensive, but worth it larh! Then, 3 little cute COLOUR PENCILS, 50 sens each.... ahhhh, i love them so much! hmm, am going to make it into the design of the front cover of my note book~ little cutey biscycle, 7osens, haha..no idea for that yet, but it's just simply CUTEEE! oh and, finally, the metal-like old button. hmm, im SOOO in love with the little CROWN on top! haha... my trademark! rm1.90.



weeee! things are gathered! Done enough for Petaling Street, so i head down to the CENTRAL MARKET. On the way going, i got myself a super delicious eggtart and a chicked floss bun at Tongkei stall, as lunch. hmmm, yummy~

Stepping into the central market, AGAIN, im STUNNED! the place has been soooo AWESOME as well.... ahhh, i cant stop repeating the word AWESOME throughout the post but i just cant find another word that fit nicely with this fantastic place! This is another heaven for art student! oh goshh... thanks eleen for guiding me here. im truly enjoy my day and only realise that how amazingly my shopping luck flaunt today! All the batiks, handcrafts and accesories are fabulous! M'sia's cultures are sooo rich and way too impressive! I spend my time doing window shopping in the market with my mouth cant stop muttering Whao, w-h-a-o, whaoooooo and WHAO!


i've been longing for a batik bag, and SO Lucky that i found one here! It's a big batik-style bag which little triangle batik painted fabrics being joined together. It will have to involved lots of effort and hard works! Great that the shop owner is a chinese. After some bargain, i got the bag for 57 bucks! wuhoooo....i love it i love it i love it!!! worthy for it's purely handmade craft, though my mom said that im damn poor in bargaining. -.='''








there's an art gallery behind the market. again, WHAO..... i found lots of nicely drawn portrait along the street. In one of the stall, i found some nice post cards with great m'sia culture designs. 4 pieces for one buck! Walao, damn cheap oi.... Without hesitating, i got myself 8 pieces with different types of designs and elements. hmm, a nice reference for visual com silkscreen printing!~ ^^v

ahhh, did some shopping together with eleen last night and i found one nice blouse @ SpringField. 89 bucks with 50% discount. im so in love with it and i have decided to go and get it IF i cant find any nicer ones today. Ahhh, so, dats my fate with the blouse, i can hardly see any NICER one. so, end up, i head to The Gardens and test the blouse over and over again. Struggling between white and red.... finally i got myself the RED one since i've no red for my collections. ahhhh, my very first try, hopefully it won be too bad.... =P




Weeeeeeee, my shopping luck is way too overwhelming today. Ending up, i spent damn alot! ish... *slap slap slap*
Head home, take shower and head to TOA to have dinner with CS and MS. ^^ dats a lovely dinner~ CS left earlier to get himself some new year goods. MS and i loiter and crap abit in Pyramid. My eyes are half closing and i have been way too tired. Same with ms, he's exhausted and looked numb. Taken picture, he walked me to the entrance -ahhh, so nice of him!- bid farewell, heading home, shower, pack, tv.... and end of the day..~
